​Living in Bulloch County places you at a strategic crossroads in the southeastern United States, offering residents convenient access to a comprehensive transportation network that facilitates travel both within Georgia and to neighboring states.​

Major highways serve as vital arteries connecting Bulloch County to key destinations. Interstate 16 runs east-west just south of Statesboro, providing direct routes to Savannah, approximately 50 miles to the east, and Macon, about 100 miles to the west. Additionally, U.S. Highways 301 and 25 traverse the county, enhancing north-south connectivity.​

For air travel, the Statesboro-Bulloch County Airport accommodates private aircraft with two runways, offering facilities for executive travel. For commercial flights, Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is located roughly 45 miles away, providing a range of domestic and international services. 

Within Statesboro, residents benefit from the Statesboro Area Transit (SAT) system, which features over 30 stops around the city, increasing access to shopping, healthcare, community events, and more. SAT operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with fares starting at just $1 for a one-way trip.
